Set under the shade of sun umbrellas, skirting the streetscape at the heart of Manjimup, there is a long wooden table, limited to an exclusive number of diners, this is the pinnacle of this annual festival.
You will be welcomed by a delicious cocktail creation featuring artisan cherry soda before you sit down to a fabulous country four-course feast created by Tall Timber’s Chef Mick and his team.
Think confit duck and cherry salad, roast free-range Frankland River pork with cherry stuffing, blue cheese and small batch cherry jam and finish with a classic of a Summer season – cherry and berries Eaton Mess.
